1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and spribe ("spribe", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the spribe platform available at spribe.bio, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment features, and content.

By registering an account, accessing the spribe website, or using any spribe service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with spribe's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use spribe.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use spribe, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. spribe operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You are accessing spribe as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of spribe complies with the laws of your country, state, province, or territory. Pakistan-based users accept personal responsibility for understanding and complying with any applicable local laws governing online gambling.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your spribe account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

spribe reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including CNIC) at any point. If you provide false information regarding your age or identity, spribe will suspend your account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) spribe account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spribe login credentials. spribe will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You must notify spribe promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. spribe is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

spribe supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at point of transaction.

All funds deposited into your spribe account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. spribe reserves the right to request proof of payment source in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must complete KYC before your first withdrawal request can be processed. spribe aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa during operational hours, and the same business day for bank transfers submitted before 4:00 PM PKT. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — processing may be delayed by third-party banking delays outside spribe's control.

spribe does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on spribe are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In cricket betting, live market odds are subject to rapid fluctuation; spribe accepts bets at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at any subsequently updated odds.

spribe reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, evidence of match-fixing or corruption in the underlying sporting event, or where applicable regulatory requirements mandate voiding. Voided bets are refunded to the user's account balance.

Game outcomes in spribe Casino (slots, crash games, live tables) are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by professional studio dealers. spribe does not manipulate game outcomes. Aviator and other crash games on spribe use provably fair algorithms that can be independently verified by users.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

spribe may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, or free spins to users. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirement.
• spribe reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Suspected bonus abuse, including account duplication or collusion, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on spribe. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to applicable authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported immediately and any profits derived will be voided.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using spribe to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person or sharing account access.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the spribe platform's infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the spribe platform — including but not limited to the spribe brand, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and user interface — is the exclusive intellectual property of spribe or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any spribe content without prior written permission from spribe.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the spribe platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or loss arising from network outages beyond spribe's control.

spribe's aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

spribe is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Every spribe account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session duration alerts — receive notifications when you've been playing for a set length of time.
• Self-exclusion — lock your account for a chosen period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion).

11. Account Suspension and Termination

spribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, at its sole discretion, where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or for any other reason that spribe deems necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Upon termination, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the user's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

You may close your spribe account at any time by contacting support. Closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you owe to spribe.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulation standards. Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that they are solely responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction. spribe makes no representations that its services are legal in all jurisdictions and is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a user's decision to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

spribe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notification or email to your registered address. Continued use of spribe following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
